Currently, We are conducting several different trials for Alzheimer’sdisease. Each provides an excellent opportunity for people who would like to contribute to science as well as to discover if these medications can alter the course of the disease. In general, these trials are open to individuals 50 years and older who suffer from mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease. Each candidate must be able to swallow oral medication. They must have a consistent caretaker They must live in assisted living, but not in nursing homes. Other neurological problems seizures, serious cardiac problems, Parkinson’s disease are exclusionary. The duration of the trial vary from 18 months to two years. Safety and efficiency of these new medications form the focus of these trials. If any eligible subject has not had a CT scan of the brain performed over the last two years, then one will be provided. All eligible will be paid for their time travel.
